The Garmin Nuvi 855 is the worst GPS I have owned. The first one I purchased froze while I was in route. The second one, which I exchanged for the first defective one, completely froze before taking a 300 mile trip. When it worked, the voice activation and lane locator were nice features. The freezing is totally unacceptable, especially twice. I would absolutely not recommend this model to anyone.
